Printable Art is for a downloadable PDF and JPG for print out only, there is no printed product sent to you via mail.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any of our digital products but we can make exceptions if a mistake is made on our part.
Most items can be customized for an additional fee but please contact me before purchase to check it is possible.

HOW DOES THIS “PRINTABLE” THING WORK?
• Let me know how you want this customized (see customizable elements
above in HOW TO ORDER section and I’ll create a high resolution (300 DPI) PDF and JPG file for you to print at home, at local print shop or using an online service!
• I'll send the file to the email address that you used to sign up, or another address that you specify for me.
• I usually have files ready within 1-3 days. If you’re in a hurry, let me know before you make the purchase and I’ll give you an idea of my current processing times.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FILES?
All designs will be emailed via Email address that you used to sign up, or another address that you specify for me in the 'ORDER NOTE' box.
Print from your local print shop or using an online service!
(Thick matte paper recommended)
Finger print Inks can be purchased from most good craft shops.
